Getting Started
Before you start using your new iCash card please make sure you've:
- Signed the back of your card
- Set up your User Name and Password here by registering your card
- Activated your card and set up your PIN online by logging in or by calling 0800 75 73 72 (option 1)
- Read the National Bank iCash Card Conditions of Use
Choosing a PIN
For your security, your card requires a four digit PIN (Personal Identification Number). Log in or call 0800 75 73 72 (option 1) to select your confidential PIN or to change it at any time.
Make sure your PIN doesn't reflect any personal details that could be easily identified and take care not to disclose your PIN to anyone else. It's also a good idea to change it from time to time. You can read more about PIN security in the National Bank iCash Card Conditions of Use.

Loading money onto your iCash card
There are two ways you can load up your card:
Branch load (immediate access): If you want to access your money immediately, you'll need to load your card at any National Bank branch.
Online bill pay: You can also top up your card with an online bill pay, but you'll need to allow two working days for the top up to show in your account.
